Installation Completed at Roosevelt Middle School on Long Island
I recently reunited with SimplexGrinnell a division of Tyco International to oversee the installtion of a new state of the art sound system at Roosevelt M.S. The system has 16 channels of wireless microphones, 15,000 watts of power, a 48 channel Allen and Heath console located in a custom audio control room built by me. I also did all of the wire terminations on stage and in the amp rack. Big Job!

It has been a long time coming (6 months) but the Album is done. Check out www.myspace.com/ritmocollective for audio samples. The whole process from recording to mixing was done at an inspiring setting in a lakehouse studio in Waccabuc NY. I moved all of my gear into the graciously donated space for the winter of 2008. It was the best “work environment” for an album like this I could imagine. Beautiful view from the console across a lake, great sounding room, and the most enjoyable cast of musicians I have worked with in a long time. Fantastic! Listen to it and enjoy.

No commentsHoward Stern, Howard TV
I do a lot of different things with audio but this was a first for me. I was the A2 for Howard Sterns “bowling beauties” and a month later the A1 audio engineer for the “Wackpack Bowling”. You can view and hear both on Howard TV on demand. Fun fun gig.
